The Accountability Court announced that they will hear National Accountability Bureau (NAB) reference against former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani.
The court will hear NAB reference against Gilani after wrapping cases against PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif. However, both leaders met at Accountability Court I as they appeared for the filed NAB references hearing.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Yousuf Raza Gilani called to the rostrum first. However, at that time, the NAB prosecutor was not present.
Yousuf Raza Gilani said to Accountability Court Judge Arshad Malik that he can hear the Nawaz Sharif’s case first. However, the judge replied that Nawaz’s case will take the whole day.
The court issued notice to NAB on Yousuf Raza Gilani’s plea seeking permanent exemption from appearing for hearings. The court announced that it’ll hear the NAB reference against Gilani after wrapping up the cases against Nawaz Sharif. Later, the hearing is adjourned till November 23.
