Maryam Nawaz Sharif, CM Punjab, has launched the Punjab Dhee Rani Program, also known as the Collective Marriages Programme. This initiative aims to help deserving parents fulfill their socio-religious obligation of marriage in a dignified manner. The program is designed to support underprivileged families who struggle to afford wedding expenses due to the current economic situation.

Dhee Rani Program Online Application Process

To apply for the CM Punjab Dhee Rani Program, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Registration Portal: Go to cmp.punjab.gov.pk and fill out the registration form.
2. Enter Your Details: Provide your full name, CNIC, district, tehsil, gender, telecom provider, contact number, email address, and create a password.
3. Submit the Form: After entering all the required information, press the Register button.
4. Login: Once registered, you can log in using your CNIC and password.

Dhee Rani Program: Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for the CM Punjab Dhee Rani Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Status and Age: Open to girls who are destitute, orphaned, PWDs, or daughters of a PWD, aged 18 to 40 years.
2. Applicant: Applications can be submitted by the father, mother, guardian of the bride, or the bride herself.
3. Domicile: Applicants must have a domicile certificate proving their residency in Punjab.

Dhee Rani Program Benefits

The Dhee Rani Program provides a dowry valued at 206,000 Pakistani Rupees, including:

1. Holy Quran: Symbolizing spiritual guidance.
2. Prayer Mat: Emphasizing the importance of spiritual life.
3. Wooden Double Bed with Mattress: Ensuring basic household needs.
4. Mirror and Dinner Set: Catering to daily living needs.

Additionally, the program offers a monetary gift of 100,000 Pakistani Rupees to the bride, distributed through an ATM card.

The program organizes collective wedding ceremonies for 3,000 poor girls across Punjab, reducing costs and creating a community celebration.

Dhee Rani Program Process

1. Online Application: Apply through the web/mobile platform, call center, or help desk at the District Deputy (DD) office.
2. Tehsil Verification Committee (TVC) Assignment: Application assigned to TVC for verification.
3. Program Steering Committee (PSC) Approval: Application goes to PSC for approval.
4. List Finalization: Approved applications are finalized in a list.
5. Grievance Offices: Address complaints or issues.
6. Event: Conduct events related to program updates or public announcements.
7. ATM: Account opening, amount top-ups, and biometric verification.
8. NADRA Certification: Certification from NADRA ensuring personal data verification.
