Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has introduced the groundbreaking “Share Pakistan Portal,” a digital platform aimed at enhancing focused communication between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its 100+ diplomatic missions worldwide. This innovative initiative, developed in collaboration with the National Information Technology Board (NITB), is set to revolutionize public diplomacy and streamline operations in alignment with Pakistan’s foreign policy objectives.

Inauguration of the “Foreign Minister’s Change Management Initiative”:

During the portal’s launch event, FM Bilawal Bhutto highlighted the significance of the “Foreign Minister’s Change Management Initiative.” This strategic endeavor focuses on implementing management reforms to boost the Ministry’s efficiency and capability in fulfilling its responsibilities.


Collaborative Approach to Reforms:

To execute this initiative, a team of experts from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic missions came together to brainstorm ideas for reforms in key areas such as human resources, finance, logistics, communication, counseling, protocol, and community services.
