Interpol issued red notices for four suspects that are involved in the Eden Housing Scandal.
In Eden Housing scandal, Interpol issued red notices for the suspects Muhammad Amjad, Murtaza Amjad, Mustafa Amjad and Anjum Amjad.
According to sources, Muhammad Amjad submitted request in National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for the Rs13 billion plea bargain.
Last month, In Eden housing scam, Murtaza, Son-in-law of Iftikhar Chaudhry, arrested from Dubai.
Fawad said that the owner of Eden Housing Scheme is the father-in-law of former CJP Iftikhar Chaudhry. He further added that Iftikhar Chaudhry earlier heard the cases related to the housing scheme and granted relief to accused.
The information minister elaborated that 200 to 300 families are among the scam victims as 1000s of people invested huge money in it.
A few months ago, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) wrote a letter to NAB. PTI asked for the investigation against Iftikhar Chaudhry and his family for cheating people in Eden Housing scheme in Lahore.
