A case has been filed against Capt. Safdar and other prominent leaders of PML-N from Rawalpindi, for violating Punjab Regulation and Control of Loudspeakers and Sound Amplifiers Ordinance.
PML-N leader Capt. Safdar, who was absconding after the Avenfield Properties reference decision, escaper made his way through Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz(PML-N) rally at Liaquat Road on Friday. He at that point landed from a vehicle and joined supporters amidst rallying onwards.
Nawaz league’s Senator Chaudhry Tanveer and Malik Shakeel Awan, among others, took Safdar in their fold and created impediments in NAB team’s conduct in their efforts to apprehend the convict.
Among the accusers two PML-N candidates of ahead General Election 2018 for seats in the province of Punjab, while one charged with is running for National Assembly seat. PML-N leaders Tanveer Chaudhry, Daniyal Chaudhry, Raja Haneef, Sheik Arsalan, and Ziaullah Shah have been charged with the case along scores of unknowns.
The case is filed under Sections of 149, 147, 188, 341, and 3/7 of the amplifier act, in Waris Khan Police Station, by SHO Muhammad Arham, PML-N leaders along with their workers are accused of violating rules and conduct stipulated by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for the forthcoming general polls alongside the Amplifiers Ordinance 1965.
