Punjab Government to Pay Salaries on March 26
The Punjab government has officially confirmed that all provincial employees will receive their salaries on March 26, 2024. A notification was issued by the Punjab Finance Department on Wednesday, directing the early release of salaries to facilitate employees before Eid celebrations.
Sindh Government to Disburse Salaries on March 21
Earlier, the Sindh government had also announced an advance payment of salaries, pensions, and allowances. According to the official notification, government employees in Sindh will receive their March salaries on March 21, 2024, instead of the usual April 1 date. Similarly, pensions and allowances will also be disbursed on March 21.
Sindh Finance Secretary Fayyaz Jatoi has directed all provincial departments and institutions to ensure the timely payment of salaries and pensions.
