The Governor House Sindh is all set to host the grand Independence Day celebrations this year. Governor Sindh, Kamran Tessori, has officially announced the event timings and urged citizens to participate in the festivities with their families.
Event Schedule
The celebrations will commence early on the morning of August 14, 2024, at the Governor House. Governor Tessori has emphasized the importance of family participation and encouraged everyone to arrive with their loved ones.
- Live Performances: The event will kick off at 7:30 AM with live performances by various artists. The highlight of the morning will be a special performance by the renowned singer, Atif Aslam.
- Main Event: The main celebration will take place at 10:00 AM. Citizens are requested to arrive on time to join in the patriotic spirit of the occasion.
Fireworks Display
In addition to the daytime festivities, there will be a spectacular fireworks display at midnight on August 13 to mark the start of Independence Day. This display promises to be a visual treat for all attendees and a fitting tribute to Pakistan’s 77th year of independence.
Governor Tessori has invited all Karachiites to join the celebrations at the Governor House to make this Independence Day memorable.
