Governor Sindh Announces 5 Months’ Salary Donation for Flood Victims in Pakistan

Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori has announced to donate his five months’ salary to flood victims in Pakistan. The governor stated that all available resources utilized to support affected families and ensure relief supplies reach the flood-hit areas.

Kamran Tessori affirmed that special flood relief cell set up in Governor House Karachi. The cell organize the collection and distribution of aid whereby the trucks will be loaded with food, tents, clean drinking water, and medical supplies that sent to the affected districts.

The Governor Sindh flood relief appeal urged the business community and citizens to contribute generously. He said the country must act collectively, beyond politics, to respond to the floods and climate change impacts in Pakistan.

Kamran Tessori highlighted that the floods in Sindh and other regions of Pakistan are a reminder of the urgent need for planning and unity. He said Pakistan requires a joint course of action involving all political parties and communities to tackle the climate crisis and rebuild flood-affected areas.

The flood relief 2025 Pakistan efforts led by Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori focused on immediate support and long-term rehabilitation. His announcement comes at a time when thousands of families remain displaced due to monsoon flooding in Sindh and other provinces.
