As the Ramadan is about to end, the federal government has announced 6 days of public holiday for Eid-ul-fitr.
It was indicated by the official notification emanated by the Interior Ministry, there will be holidays from 22 May to 27 May on this religious occasion of Eid-ul-fitr.
All the businesses, markets, public places, and shops will remain close for this 6 days Eid festivities due to the pandemic of Coronavirus.
Only medical stores, medical services, and essential items shops will be permitted to work or remain open during this Eid holidays, explained in the notification. According to the Moon Sighting Pakistan website developed by the Ministry of Science and Technology, on 24 May Sunday Eid-ul-fitr will fall.
