Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has officially launched the highly anticipated ‘Apni Chat Apna Ghar’ housing scheme, aimed at providing affordable homes and loans to the province’s citizens. Scheme Overview

Under the ‘CM Punjab Apni Chat Apna Ghar’ initiative, over 3,000 homes will constructed in each district of Punjab. The scheme’s initial focus will be on five key cities: Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Sargodha, and Rawalpindi, with Lahore slated to see 5,000 homes constructed near Raiwind Road during the first phase. The project aims to offer affordable, permanent residences with a 60% government subsidy on the total cost of Rs. 1.5 million per apartment. Residents will only need to pay 40% of the cost, manageable in monthly instalments of Rs. 26,000 over five years.

  2. Complete the Citizen Registration Form: Fill out the required details:
  • Full Name
  • CNIC Number
  • CNIC Number of Father or Husband
  • Gender
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number (including network provider if ported)
  • Division, District, City
  • Create and Confirm a User Password
  1. Submit Your Application: Once your registration is complete, submit your application through the portal.
  2. Track Your Application: Use the portal to track and manage your application status.
