The Punjab Veterinary Internship Program 2025 has been officially launched by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif to provide practical field experience for veterinary graduates and para-veterinary professionals across Punjab. The program has a total budget of Rs. 600 million and offers 1,000 internship slots across 2025–26 (485 slots) and 2026–27 (515 slots). Internships will last 12 months and placements will be in field veterinary hospitals, dispensaries, and livestock offices in all 36 districts of Punjab.

- DVM degree recognized by HEC, registered with PVMC, age limit 25 years
- LAD diploma (2-year course), age limit 20 years
- Punjab domicile required; preference for rural or underserved districts
Special Quotas are reserved for Veterinary Assistants, AI Technicians, and Lab Assistants.
