The federal government has presented the Supreme Court with evidence, including pictures and documents, concerning Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s jail conditions.
The government has dismissed claims that Imran Khan is being denied access to his legal counsel in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) amendments case.
Contrary to accusations of mistreatment and solitary confinement, the government asserts that Imran Khan is receiving all necessary facilities. These amenities include access to books, air conditioning, a TV, and regular meetings with his lawyers.

The government has submitted additional documents, including photographs showing Imran Khan’s meetings with his legal team. They have also suggested that the Supreme Court could form a commission to investigate the matter further if deemed necessary.
A comprehensive list of individuals who have visited the PTI founder in jail was also provided, refuting claims that he has been denied access to his legal counsel.
In the recent hearing of the NAB Ordinance 1999 amendment case, the Supreme Court permitted Khawaja Haris to meet with Imran Khan at any time. The court also ordered that all records related to the NAB amendments case be provided to the plaintiff, Imran Khan.
