JI Protest in Karachi Today: Roads Blocked, Check Alternative Routes!

The Traffic Police of Karachi prepared a special plan to facilitate commuting for motorists likely to stuck in the jam as Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) protesting against water and electricity crises in the city.

The protest held at Shahrah e Faisal depicts scenes of hardship witnessed daily by the residents of Karachi because of a water crisis and unbridled power cuts. Here is what the authorities have diverted to keep a check on the traffic during the protest. From the airport, the traffic would denotified at Drigh Road which will then move to Rashid Minhas Road. Vehicles traveling to Karsaz Flyover diverted to Stadium Road.
