Lahore: Chairman Jamat-e-Islami, Siraj-ul-Haq, has announced sit-ins in Karachi on the 27th April in Karachi. Siraj-ul-Haq has announced these sit-ins against corrupt government system. The Ameer Jamat-e-Islami said that it is because we have forgotten the values and teachings given to us by Islam that we are facing such difficulties.
The country is going through problems because we have forgotten the teachings of Islam and the solutions to the problems in our country are hidden inside the religion. In Lahore, while addressing a gathering of scholars he said that the solution to all our problem is the implementation of Islamic law.
He also added that even though our constitution was made on the basis of Islamic laws but the rule is not Islamic that is why Bangladesh was separated from us. He stated that the people of the country are disappointed in the leaders of this country and that they should not give their votes to such leaders. He said that he tried to raise voice for accountability and that if those who are corrupt are held responsible only then Pakistan will be able to prosper.
