The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast more rain in Karachi by evening or night. Other areas expecting rain include Umerkot, Tharparkar, and Mirpurkhas, especially along the coastal belt. Rain is also expected in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Balochistan.
Hot and humid weather is likely in most districts of Sindh. Rain and thunderstorms are expected in Mithi, Sanghar, Umarkot, Tharparkar, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, Larkana, and Dadu on July 23 and 24, with some breaks in between. The PMD has also forecast rain in Karachi from July 27 onwards.
Last Sunday, Karachi experienced a downpour in various areas. Despite the rain, humidity, and heat increased afterward. This weather pattern suggests more rainy days ahead, bringing relief and challenges due to the rising humidity levels. Residents are advised to stay prepared for these weather changes.
