The overflow of Ravi, Chenab and Sutlej rivers aggravated the flood situation in Pakistan. The Kartarpur flood had entered the Kartarpur Corridor, Narowal and the water level had reached as high as 7 feet in the gurdwara. Kartarpur roads such as Narowal road and Shakargarh highway were flooded and access was disrupted.
Punjab Pakistan Floods: PDMA Punjab Alert

According to PDMA Punjab, heavy inflows from India and continuous rainfall have intensified Punjab Pakistan floods. Seven deaths were reported in Gujranwala Division and three people are missing. More than 210,000 people were moved to safer places and tent villages were established.
Ravi Flood Threat to Shahdara Lahore
The Ravi flood reached critical levels at Jassar with a recorded flow of 229,700 cusecs. Authorities issued flood update alerts for Shahdara Lahore and nearby low-lying areas including Motorway-2. Civil Defence sounded sirens to warn residents.
Kartarpur Flood Impact on Local Communities

Rescue operations are underway as Kartarpur flood water continues to spread into surrounding areas. In Shakargarh, 21 people trapped in Ravi flood water were rescued. Authorities confirmed that more evacuations are taking place in affected Narowal villages.
Embankments of Chenab River were broken in Mandi Bahauddin and Alipur Chatha to defend Head Qadirabad. The flow at Head Ganda Singh in Sutlej was measured at 245,000 cusecs. Soaring water levels in Bahawalnagar and Pakpattan flooded dozens of villages and more than 4,000 people were evacuated to safety areas.
Army and district administrations are taking part in rescue missions in flood-affected districts. According to PDMA Punjab, alerts have not been lifted in Kartarpur, Shahdara Lahore, Narowal, Bahawalnagar and Pakpattan since the flood situation in Pakistan is critical.
