Pakistan will submit the reply in International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding to the Kulbhushan Jadhav case today.

Pakistan will submit rejoinder to India’s reply in Kulbhushan Jadhav case at International Court of Justice or (ICJ). India had approached ICJ to stop Jadhav’s execution following his arrest and death sentence by Pakistan.

The reply will be submitted by Foreign Office Director India Dr Fareha Bugti. However, she already arrived at The Hague for this purpose. In addition, she also submitted Pakistani response last year in December.

According to sources, the response will contain detailed responses to India’s submission in ICJ. Pakistan will give the 400 page reply as it is prepared by the team of senior legal experts. However, the team is led by the attorney general.

In April, India submitted its response to ICJ after the World court ordered India to do so. India submitted response to ICJ in September 2017. However, Pakistan dismissed the Indian stance in its counter pleading in December 2017.

Pakistan stated that Kulbhushan Jadhav is not any ordinary person as he is involved in spying and terrorist activities in the country.
