Direct flights to Pakistan form Kuwait airways have been resume along with India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Official announcement of resuming the two weekly flights to Pakistan have made on twitter by Kuwait airways.
Kuwait Airways has decided to recommence the direct flight for 11 destinations in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The airline announced two weekly flights to Pakistan, one each to Lahore and Islamabad. For Colombo, one weekly flight and five weekly flights are up for Dhaka. The booking process has already started.
Kuwait Airways is planning for weekly flights to Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi, Chennai as well.
Flight operations were suspended in May 2021 amid rising cases of COVID-19.
Two flights have already departed to Amsterdam, yesterday.
The airline had earlier resumed flights to Munich, Germany, Geneva, Switzerland and London in the month of July.
