The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has expanded its Apostille attestation services to Gujrat and Quetta, effective from Monday, August 19, 2024. This service allows applicants to attest their documents through designated courier companies without needing to visit the ministry’s office.
Previously, this service was only available in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. Now, residents of Gujrat and Quetta can also benefit from this convenient system, which simplifies the document attestation process by enabling doorstep collection and delivery.
Courier Companies Involved
MOFA has partnered with five authorized courier companies to provide Apostille attestation services. These companies will collect documents from applicants, have them attested by the ministry, and then return the documents to the applicants. The following courier services have been authorized to facilitate this process:
- Gerry’s International Pvt. Ltd.
- Leopards Courier Service Pvt. Ltd.
- Excellent Courier Services (ECS)
- M&P Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
- TCS Pvt. Ltd.
Revised Fee Structure (Effective July 2024)
