MoU for oil refinery: Saudi energy minister will visit Gwadar tomorrow


Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Saudi Arabia minister for energy, industry, and mineral resources will visit Gwadar on Saturday (tomorrow).

Saudi energy minister arrival is expected in Gwadar for the development of oil refinery, as revealed by Petroleum Division. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih will sign the Memorandum of Understanding or MoU with Pakistan.

According to Petroleum Division sources, it is expected that representatives of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan will sign additional MoUs related to the bilateral cooperation in mineral resources.

On the other side, Saudi Arabia will be offered to invest in Reko Diq Mine Project Balochistan that is acknowledged for copper and gold.

Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih will be welcomed by the delegation of key officials led by Ghulam Sarwar Khan, Petroleum Minister is present in Quetta from where they will travel to Gwadar to meet the Saudi delegation.
