  • If there is a POC holder in the family, the same member should apply for the FRC and include other family members as relatives.
  • Once your FRC application is successfully submitted, you’ll receive the FRC in your email within 1-2 working days as a PDF document, which can be printed.
  • It’s possible to correct English name spellings if necessary, but changing the name of any family member is not permitted.
