To facilitate a smooth Online Power of Attorney (PoA) application process, applicants must meet specific criteria:
- Executor Eligibility: Executors must be Overseas Pakistanis.
- Document Requirements: Valid identity documents of Executors, Witnesses, and the Attorney, including CNIC/NICOP/POC (both front and back).
- Contact Information: Valid email addresses of Executors, along with contact numbers and mailing addresses in the country of application (outside of Pakistan).
- Biometrics: Biometric data of Executors and two witnesses (Best 4 fingers).
- Payment: Credit/Debit card for online fee payment within the application.
- Document Submission: Scanned copy of the original Power of Attorney with signatures, thumb impressions, and photos of the executants and witnesses, along with any relevant documents such as affidavits.
