National Command and Operation Centre will take key decisions in the meeting today.
Shafqat Mehmood, the Federal Education Minister earlier revealed that he did not support the decision of shutting down the educational institutions but the NCOC believed that it will be risky to conduct physical classes in schools.
As per the NCOC data, the third wave of Coronavirus or COVID-19 is prevailing in Pakistan. On March 6, numbers of active cases were 17,352 that are now reached at 36,849.
