Pakistan Railways has revealed plans to operate two special trains from Karachi to assist travelers during the upcoming festive season. These trains are designed to facilitate travel from Karachi to Lahore and Peshawar, catering to the high demand during Eid.
As soon as the Zilhajj moon is sighted, the official announcement will be made, allowing passengers to schedule their journeys accordingly. One of the Eid special trains will travel from Karachi to Lahore, offering both economy and AC class coaches to meet diverse travel needs.
The second Eid special train will run from Karachi to Peshawar, exclusively featuring economy-class coaches. This initiative ensures a comfortable and affordable travel option for passengers heading to various destinations across Pakistan.
Earlier this year, in March, Pakistan Railways had announced its plans to support passengers during Eidul Fitr by introducing four Eid special trains schedule. According to the official notification, these trains were scheduled to operate on different routes across the country, with the first departing from Karachi to Peshawar on April 7.
