A valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), Computerized Registration Certificate (CRC), or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) is mandatory for MRP issuance. For Applicants 18 Years and Older:
- Personal appearance of the applicant(s).
