Peshawar, Pakistan – In a move to enhance commuter convenience, the Peshawar Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) has expanded its DR-14 route with six new stops along Nasir Bagh Road. This expansion is in response to public demand, aiming to provide better accessibility and comfort for daily commuters.
New Stops on DR-14 Route
According to TransPeshawar spokesperson Sadaf Kamil, the new stops added to the DR-14 route are:
- Masjid Abu Hurairah
- Bangash Park
- PDA Office
- Abu Bakr
- Masjid Umar Farooq
- Professor Model Town
With these additions, the total number of stops on the DR-14 route now stands at 22. This route, starting from Islamia College and serving DHA, includes stops at significant locations such as Naseer Teaching Hospital, DHA, Badizai, Regi Model Town, Zone 3 Ground, Government Girls Primary School, Masjid Hamza, Masjid Khalid bin Waleed, and Askari-VI Phase-2 and Phase-1.

A representative from TransPeshawar stated that the new stops were added to meet the growing needs of commuters, ensuring greater comfort and convenience. This move reflects the commitment of the KP government and TransPeshawar to continually improve public transportation services in the region.
