The Pink Scooty Scheme enters its second phase. SMTA now expands the program beyond Karachi to Hyderabad, Sukkur, and Shaheed Benazirabad. The goal is to support women’s independence and mobility across Sindh.
Pink Scooty Scheme Phase Two: Who Can Apply
The program targets female students and working women. Applicants must be permanent residents of Sindh with valid Domicile and PRC. They should have a Learner’s Permit or Motorcycle Driving License. Those with a learner’s permit will get training to convert it into a full license. Candidates must be 18 or older. SMTA provides 7 days of training, covering road safety, traffic rules, and practical riding skills.
Required Documents for Pink Scooty Scheme Karachi
CNIC, Domicile & PRC, proof of work or enrollment, a driver’s license, and recent passport-sized pictures are required. Every document is checked in a strict environment, and fake documents can lead to disqualification.

Important Conditions
Scooters are non-transferable. Winners must not sell or rent them for 5–7 years. Selection is through a transparent lucky draw among eligible applicants.
