Islamabad: In less than a week, PM Imran Khan will chair another federal cabinet meeting on Friday (today).
Imran Khan will preside over the second federal cabinet meeting in Islamabad today. During the meeting, the future strategy of new government will be discussed with regard to different spheres of life. In addition, the finance ministry officials will brief PM about the country’s economic situation.
According to sources, federal cabinet can approve annulation of Capital Administration and Development (CAD) ministry.
The previous meeting was held on Monday, August 20. Imran Khan also chaired that meeting. However, strategies to shape the policies of newly formed government are discussed.
Imran Khan is also scheduled to visit the Foreign Office before the federal cabinet meeting. However, he will be briefed about the Foreign Office and Pakistani diplomats’s performance.
Prime Minister Imran also expressed the grief over the huge loss of lives in Kerala floods. He further added that Pakistan is ready to provide any humanitarian assistance. Here is his tweet:
