Prime Minister Imran Khan’s sons have arrive in Islamabad to meet their father.
PM Imran Khan’s sons, Sulaiman Isa Khan and Qasim Khan, were travelling from London to Islamabad.
Their flight, PL-786 arrived at Islamabad International Airport on Saturday morning.
Imran Khan’s sons did not attend their father’s oath taking ceremony as the prime minister of Pakistan over his direction.
This will be the first time Imran Khan’s sons will be meeting their father since he took oath as Prime Minister of the country.
On August 18, before the cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan assumed office, Goldsmith had said: “The boys are very sad not to be there but IK was adamant that they should not come.”
PM Imran Khan’s sons were criticized for vacationing in Scotland instead of attending their father’s oath taking ceremony.
In response to criticism, the premier’s ex-spouse clarified: “They wanted to be there. Their father asked them not to come.”
“May the sons be proud of their father’s work as the prime minister of a country that needs lots of dedication and work”, she further added.
