Private Hajj 2025 application faces delays again. By the beginning of October 2025, Only 29,909 applications received on the 60,000 Hajj quota, including 21,659 applications received the previous year. The booking deadline for Private Hajj 2025 is set for October 17, 2025.
Sources in the Ministry of Religious Affairs confirmed that many Hajj organizers under the Private Hajj 2025 scheme have not yet achieved even half of their allocated quota.
Government pilgrims’ second installment of Hajj fees, amounting to PKR 650,000 per person, will be collected from November 3 to 10, 2025. Pilgrims under Private Hajj 2025 are required to complete bookings and payments before the October 17 deadline to secure their quota.
The Ministry highlighted that 22,097 applicants who were registered for Hajj in 2024 but could not perform the pilgrimage have been given priority for Private Hajj 2025. Total quota for private operators remains 60,000 pilgrims.
- Applicants must hold a valid Pakistani passport with at least one-year validity beyond the Hajj dates.
- Children born after March 1, 2014, are not eligible for the Private Hajj 2025 scheme.
- All pilgrims must follow Saudi-approved vaccination requirements.
Applicants under Private Hajj 2025 are advised to complete bookings by October 17. Second installment payments for government Hajj will continue from November 3 to 10. Organizers are coordinating to ensure that remaining quotas for Private Hajj 2025 are filled efficiently before the final deadline.
