Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) has called off its scheduled rally in Islamabad today, according to Hum News reports. This decision comes directly from the party’s founder, Imran Khan, as confirmed by PTI chairman Gohar Ali Khan.
The rally, which anticipated to draw significant public attention set to be a crucial event in PTI’s political activities. However, Imran Khan’s directive to cancel it has left many supporters surprised. While the reasons behind this decision remain undisclosed, party members have been instructed to follow the new directives.
The PTI protest prompted orders for schools in Islamabad to remain closed due to security concerns. Similarly, metro buses also stopped their operations. Now we have to see if these operations remain halted or not, as PTI has announced the cancellation of their rally.
