The Sindh government has officially declared a public holiday on Tuesday, September 17, in honor of the 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal, Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ. This announcement comes as part of the province’s recognition of this significant religious occasion, celebrated by Muslims across the world.
In a formal notification, the Sindh government confirmed that all educational institutions and government offices will be closed on this day. This province-wide holiday will allow the public to observe and celebrate the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
