Schools will serve as polling stations, and the education department has directed full cooperation to ensure smooth election arrangements.

There is no 23 September holiday in Pakistan. Confusion on social media arose due to Saudi Arabia’s National Day, but the federal and provincial governments have not announced any holiday for 23 September.
The 24 September holiday in Pakistan is limited to the 14 notified districts of Sindh and is intended solely for local government by-elections. Residents in other provinces and districts will not have a public holiday on this date.
