In a bid to offer individuals the chance to secure attractive vehicle numbers, the Punjab Excise & Taxation Department has unveiled the e-auction schedule for January 2024. This auction encompasses both cars and motorcycles, presenting participants with the opportunity to acquire universal numbers of their choice.
Key Dates for Registration:
- Registration for the first series is open from January 1 to January 11.
- Registration for the remaining two series will commence on January 11 and January 21.
Bidding Process:
- The bidding process for the series set to kick off on January 11, 21, and February 1, respectively.
Commercial Vehicle Registration:
- Registration for commercial vehicles began on January 1 and will continue until January 20.
- Bidding for commercial vehicles scheduled for January 21 to January 22.
Faisal Yousaf, Chairman of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), highlighted that citizens can conveniently register for the auction through the dedicated online portal and the user-friendly e-Auction mobile app.
