Reham Khan Claims the Content of Her Autobiography was ‘Stolen’

Reham Khan, TV host and former wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan, has alleged that the content of her book was ‘stolen’.

Talking to media, Reham Khan said that the main purpose of the notice is to threat and harass her. She termed it as “an effort to silence a woman”.

Reham Khan also stated that she was being followed by “private investigators” in Britain.


She also claimed to that she had been harassed via emails since August 2017. She stated an incident while shopping with her son in UK she met Husain Haqqani, and private investigator snapped them secretly and shared online.

She claimed that all these incidents are linked to her upcoming book. She said, “All these things are being done because they appear to be too afraid of the book, which I announced publishing.”

Reham Khan; however, declined to answer questions pertaining to the contents of her book.

Taking a dig at Hamza Ali Abbasi’s allegation on her upcoming book she said,

“If Hamza Abbasi received manuscript of the book and, as you said, four other individuals also received it, then it is certainly not sent by me.  And the claim that they received it from some of our team [member] is not possible for there is no such team for neither I am a political party nor I belong to any institution. So whatever they are saying, it shows that there has been a theft. It means that whatever manuscript is there it was obtained illegally.” Reham Khan said.

Reham Khan also said to consult her lawyer and declined to either confirm or deny the content mentioned in the book related to Imran Khan, cricketer Wasim Akram and female PTI member.

Reham, however, confirmed that she had finished writing her autobiography.

When asked about the ‘Index’ of her book shared by Hamza Ali Abbasi, Reham Khan said that Abbasi will have to disclose where he got this leak from, but did not confirm or deny the ‘Index’.

She also denied reconsidering exclusion of some contents from her book fearing consequences.

Reham Khan was also unable to comprehend to the issues related to no publishing house willing to publish her autobiography.

Hamza Ali Abbasi declines to name source behind Reham Khan’s book manuscript

Hamza Ali Abbasi responded that they didn’t steal any book. He was glad that Reham Khan did not deny the manuscript.

Hamza Ali Abbasi said that he could not reveal the name of the person who sent him the manuscript.

Abbasi also claimed that Shehbaz Sharif provided money to Reham Khan for publishing of her book.

He urged Reham Khan to get her autobiography published soon, vowing litigation against it in Britain.
