Sindh Driving License Fees: Guide for September 2024

Before receiving a permanent license, applicants must obtain a learner’s driving license, which is valid for one year. Additionally, a medical fitness test, as per the Motor Vehicle Ordinance of 1965, is required for all applicants.

As of September 2024, the fees for a permanent car and motorcycle driving license in Sindh are as follows:

  • 3-Year License Fee: Rs 1,410
  • 5-Year License Fee: Rs 1,860

Additional Charges for Driving License Services

Apart from the primary fees for obtaining a driving license, the following additional charges are applicable:

  • Lamination Fee: Rs 250
  • NADRA Fee: Rs 65
  • Medical Fee: Rs 100
  • Correction Fee: Rs 310
  • Duplicate License Fee: Rs 360
  • Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Fee: Rs 500
  • TCS Fee (Karachi): Rs 38
  • TCS Fee (Outside Karachi): Rs 55
