The Sindh Police, in an unprecedented move, is preparing to expand its force with the induction of a staggering 26,800 personnel. This recruitment drive, one of the largest in recent history, set to be facilitated by the Sindh Testing Service, an independent third-party organization.
This initiative is the fruit of a strategic partnership between the Sindh Police and the Sukkur Institute of Business Administration (IBA). The recruitment drive will conducted in two distinct phases, each targeting different areas of the force.
The first phase will witness the induction of 12,500 personnel across six regions. This phase aims to bolster the regional presence of the force, enhancing its ability to maintain law and order effectively.
The second phase designed to strengthen the specialized units within the force. A total of 3,522 positions will filled in this phase. The Crowd Management Unit (CMU) set to receive a significant boost with the addition of 1,991 personnel. Similarly, the Rapid Response Force (RRF) unit will see an influx of 1,531 new members. This phase will also include the recruitment of drivers, further enhancing the operational capabilities of the force.
