The Karachi Excise Department introducing an online bidding process for premium number plates. A dedicated portal was launched to facilitate the process which provides a seamless experience for users looking to get exclusive number plates.
Sharjeel Inam Memon the Minister for Excise, Taxation, and Narcotics Control announced that the premium number plates will be offered in three categories:
- Platinum.
- Gold.
- Silver.
The main purpose of bidding is to generate funds to rebuild homes for the flood victims of Pakistan.
To help with this excellent cause, a notable fundraising event is scheduled for October 12, 2024, in Karachi. It is expected that the launch of the online bidding platform will garner attention to help the project succeed.
