Technical talks on Kartarpur Corridor: India, Pakistan discussed plan

Lahore: India and Pakistan hold the technical meeting at Lahore to discuss the plan and details about the Kartarpur Corridor.

The technical talks on Kartarpur Corridor held on Tuesday (today). Dr Muhammad Faisal, the Foreign Office spokesperson announced the meeting between different technical experts of both countries, after the meeting between Indian and Pakistani delegations in Attari.

While addressing to the press conference after the meeting, Dr Muhammad Faisal revealed that both countries made constructive and detailed discussions on different aspects. According to source, the next meeting will be held at Wagah on 2nd April.


During a press briefing in China, Geng Shuang, Foreign Ministry spokesperson, revealed that the relevant progress will help to further ease tensions both countries  and will improve the regional situation.

Gurdwara Darbar Sahib in Narowal district of Pakistan’s Punjab province holds religious significance for the Sikh community. It is where Baba Guru Nanak settled down after his travels as a missionary. He lived there for 18 years until his death in 1539.
