Time Has Come for Kashmir to Become Part of Pakistan, DG ISPR

Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), has emphatically stated that the time has come for Kashmir to become part of Pakistan. Addressing a gathering of over 2,500 university students in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the DG ISPR highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to peace while warning adversaries against further aggression.

Kashmir Will Become Pakistan: DG ISPR’s Strong Message

Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry reaffirmed that Pakistan remains a peace-loving nation, with peace as its top priority. However, he issued a stern warning that any repeated acts of aggression would met with an even stronger response. According to him, terrorism in Pakistan is orchestrated by India, aiming to destabilize the region.

“Our nation and armed forces have always united and will continue to stand together,” he said, stressing the firm bond between the people and the military.

Call to Afghan Neighbors to Reject Terrorism

In his address, the DG ISPR appealed to Afghanistan not to provide shelter to terrorists or act as a proxy for India’s malign activities. He stated, “Islam does not permit the coexistence of disbelief and truth,” urging Afghan leadership to prevent their land from being used for terrorism against Pakistan.

Response to Indian Aggression in May 2025

Lieutenant General Chaudhry recounted the Pakistani military’s decisive retaliation to India’s attacks in early May 2025. Pakistan targeted 26 locations in response to Indian airstrikes that killed innocent children. The military destroyed key Indian brigade headquarters and airbases involved in the aggression without targeting civilian areas or religious sites, underscoring Pakistan’s commitment to peace.

“The entire brigade headquarters responsible for the martyrdom of a 7-year-old child from Muzaffarabad destroyed,” he said, highlighting the precision and restraint shown by the Pakistan Army.

United Nation and Armed Forces Send Clear Warning to the Enemy

The event marked by patriotic slogans such as “Kashmir Banega Pakistan” and “Long Live Pakistan Army,” with students from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa showing unwavering support for the military’s stance. DG ISPR emphasized that Pakistan will continue to defend its sovereignty and honor and that any threats would met with firm resistance.

ISPR Clarifies Misconceptions on Terrorism and Islam

Addressing the roots of terrorism, the DG ISPR clarified that the groups involved have no affiliation with true Islamic teachings or the cultural values of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He condemned those who attack mosques and civilians, stating that such acts are against the spirit of Islam and Pakhtun traditions.
