  1. Evidencing proof of the prescribed passport fee payment, presented through the Original Bank Paid Fee Challan (receipt) or e-Payment Confirmation Detail (SMS/Email with PSID No.).
  2. Original Valid CNIC/NICOP with a photocopy.
  3. Previous Passport in original with its photocopy (if issued).
  4. NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the concerned department in the case of government, semi-government, or autonomous body employees.
  5. Foreign Passport along with its photocopy (for Dual-Nationals only).

In the unfortunate event of a lost passport, applicants must provide a Lost Passport Police report mentioning the previous passport number.

New Passport Urgent Fee Update – December 2023:
As of December 2023, the urgent fees for passports remain consistent with the rates from November. The urgent fee structure is as follows:

  • Rs6,000 for a 36-page passport.
  • Rs10,000 for a 72-page passport.
  • Rs13,000 for a 100-page passport.
