In a shocking incident at the Serena Mobile Market in Sakhi Hassan, Karachi, popular YouTuber Saad Ahmed tragically shot dead by a security guard. The police have registered a case at the Taimuria police station based on a complaint filed by Saad Ahmed’s father, Mukhtiar Ahmed.
The case names the arrested security guard, the security company, and the person responsible for the mobile market. According to the police report, despite Saad Ahmed having permission to record public reactions, the security guard fired at him, leading to his untimely death.
Saad Ahmed gained fame through a viral meme from his appearance on Waqar Zaka’s show “Living on the Edge.” Saad refused to use abusive language during the show, even though it was a task requirement. His stance earned him widespread respect and the meme “Gaalian dena Munasib Nahi hai” (Using abusive language is not appropriate) became popular on social media. Later, he also named his YouTube channel with the same tagline “Munasib Nahi Hai”.
The unfortunate event unfolded while Saad was filming a video about a cricket match. Known as the sole breadwinner for his family, his loss deeply felt by his loved ones and followers. The police have taken the security guard into custody and confiscated the weapon used in the incident.
