The former Pakistani batsman, Inzamam ul Haq, received a lot of love from the cricket fraternity. Several renowned cricketers including Sachin Tendulkar, Wasim Akram, and Shoaib Malik prayed for the recovery of cricketing legend.
On Tuesday (Yesterday), Inzamam ul Haq went hospital for angioplasty as his artery was blocked and the stent was needed. However, he was discharged from the hospital after 12 hours. Inzamam ul Haq first came into limelight during the ICC Cricket World Cup 1992. Later, he became the leading run scorer for Pakistan in ODIs with over 11,000 runs. In addition, he is also the third highest run-getter in Tests from the country. However, he scored 8,829 runs in 119 test matches.
He is considered among country?s most successful skippers. He retired from international cricket in the year 2007 and began serving cricket in several roles.
