Pak vs NZ: Pakistan to Start Day Two Against New Zealand With Eight-wickets
On the opening day of the first test match on Friday, sprinter Yasir Shah led with such a high-level spin and run that Pakistan has been at the lead.
Yasir, who is the well-known wicket-taking ace of Pakistan, is leading with 3-54 as New Zealand bowled out for a 153 in 66.3 overs.
The last match ended with Pakistan closing at 59-2. And accordingly, Pakistan needs at least 94 more runs to take the lead and go in the list of the the three-match series.
During the match, cricketer Imam was first to go as he took the New Zealand member’s delivery to the slip meanwhile Hafeez miscaught a pull straight to short mid-wicket and both were caught by Kane Williamson.
Hasan removed Williamson with a slower delivery as the New Zealand skipper went for a hook and gloved the ball for keeper Sarfraz Ahmed’s fourth catch of the innings.
Pakistan has dominated the first session against New Zealand as the rival was 81-3 at lunchtime, with Yasir Shah taking the first lead of the two wickets in his opening overs.
