Pakistan Maintains the Top Position in ICC T20I Ranking

Pakistan remains on top of the ICC T20I Ranking released on yesterday.

Pakistan is currently a table topper with 130 points. However, Australia is in the second position with 126 points. Pakistan’s arch-rival India has 123 points and is in the third position.


Pakistan 1st time achieved highest ICC T20I Ranking last year during the Sarfraz Ahmed’s captaincy.

In the latest ICC T20I Ranking, top 7 positions remain unchanged while Afghanistan remarkably jumped to the 8th position. However, former t20 champion Sri Lanka slipped to 9th position.

The top seven positions in the T20I rankings remained the same with the biggest change taking place at number eight with Afghanistan making an entry.

Sri Lanka who were earlier ranked eighth slipped to ninth after losing four points following the update.

Pakistan first topped the T20I ranking last year for the first time under the leadership of Sarfraz Ahmed.

ICC ODI Ranking

England overtook the first position from India and now become the table topper. England has 125 points while India has 122 points. However, Pakistan is in the sixth position with 102 points.
