West Indies won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 153 runs in 20 overs. Andre Fletcher was the top scorer with 52 runs from Windies side. Dinesh Ramdin played a remarkable innings by scoring 42 runs on 18 balls. Shadab Khan took 2 wickets.
Pakistan made a great start in run chase as the opener Fakhar Zaman scored 40 runs in just 17 balls. Babar Azam with 51 runs remained the top scorer. Pakistan chased the target of 154 runs in just 16.5 overs. Series whitewash has helped Pakistan to strengthen its position on top in ICC T20 team rankings with 129 points.
Fakhar Zaman was Man of the Match and Babar Azam was declared as the Man of the Series.
