Islamabad: International Cricket Council (ICC) concluded the hearing on cricket series dispute between India and Pakistan.
ICC heard case of PCB Vs BCCI legal battle and concluded hearing on India Pakistan cricket series on Wednesday (yesterday). The three day hearing came to end about over the botched cricket agreement on bilateral series.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India and the Pakistan Cricket Board are involved in the dispute. However, the dispute is over the agreement signed in 2014 about the bilateral series.
India on the other side didn’t act on agreement and PCB also filed the dispute notice with cricket’s governing body.
However, the PCB Vs BCCI legal battle is about the dispute over bilateral India Pakistan cricket series. The Indo-Pak battle got tense when PCB demanded 70 million dollars in compensation from BCCI. However, according to the memorandum of understanding (MoU) of 2014, both teams should play minimum 6 bilateral series between 2015-2023.
However, according to BCCI, they cannot play with Pakistan without the approval of their government.
