Enjoyment of Pakistan Super League 5 is on its peak and half of the season is already completed but still race for the play-offs are not finished.
Rain is expected in the upcoming days so today here we inform you about the refund policy of PSLs official. So the main points of refund policy are
- If the match doesnt take place then a 100% refund can be claimed.
- If a match restricted to less than 5 overs then a 75 % refund can be claimed.
- If a match restricted to 5 complete overs then a 50 % refund and cumulative of 10 overs or above0% refund can be claimed.
Hospitality Boxes and Tickets
The refund policy for hospitality boxes and tickets are
- If the play washed out without the toss tacking place and the hospitality ticket, not validated then a 100% refund can be claimed.
- No toss or play possible with hospitality ticket validated then 50% refund can be claimed.
- If toss has taken place and a ticket has been validated then 0% refund.
The refund policy is not applicable if
- If the match is finished before the normal course of play
- For lost or unused tickets refund policy is not valid
This refund policy of PSL is applicable to Express Center, box office & online ticket sales, company bookings and hospitality sales by official ticketing partners of Pakistan cricket board and in case of hospitality sales by the board directly. In 5 days later than the related match a refund may be claimed, PCB will declare the dates and procedures for refunds of tickets through media and its online platforms.
