The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the official refund process for HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) X tickets of matches that were scheduled to be held in Multan and Rawalpindi, but could not take place due to fixture rescheduling. The ticket refund process will start from Monday, 16 June 2025, and will continue till 20 June 2025.
Ticket Refund Dates and Timing
Refunds for physical tickets will be processed at designated TCS Express Centres across multiple cities. The refund centers will operate Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Designated TCS Centres for Refunds
Physical ticket holders can visit the following TCS locations to claim their refund:
- Lahore – Gulberg Office
- Multan – Area Office
- Rawalpindi – Main Express Centre
- Bahawalpur – Main Express Centre Model Town
- Rahim Yar Khan – Station Office
- Islamabad – I/9 Express Centre
Requirements for Cash Refunds
To receive a refund in cash, ticket holders must bring:
- The original physical tickets (untampered)
- The CNIC of the purchaser (for verification by TCS staff)
Online Tickets Refund
For fans who purchased their tickets online, no action is required. The refund will be automatically transferred to the account used at the time of purchase.
Corporate Clients
Companies that purchased bulk or corporate tickets must email their account details to receive the refund through a direct bank transfer.
