MQM founder Altaf Hussain continues his treatment at a local London hospital where he has been admitted for the past five days. According to the latest update shared by MQM’s Central Coordination Committee Convener Mustafa Azizabadi, Altaf Hussain received a third consecutive blood transfusion today.
Dr. David Lipkin, a cardiologist overseeing Altaf Hussain’s health treatment, along with a team of doctors, conducted a detailed medical examination and briefed him on his current health status and medical test results.
Following medical advice, doctors also recommended physiotherapy. Altaf Hussain walked briefly in the hospital ward with the assistance of a physiotherapist.
This marks the fifth day of hospitalisation for Altaf Hussain due to ongoing health concerns.
MQM has appealed to party members, supporters, and the public to offer prayers and charity (sadaqaat) for Altaf Hussain’s full recovery and long life.
